December 14 & 15:
This week we will be doing a lot of filming with our four camera shoot for the Christmas Program. Several of you have volunteered to man cameras at the event. Thanks. We need to get the whole thing edited and put on the website and on DVDs before we leave for Christmas break. It will be a challenge, but we can get it done if we work together. To make things a little harder, we have a shortened week because the program is going to be filmed during the school day. Every computer should have someone working at it every day. At this time we have a few of you who are doing a lot more than your share of the work. Thank you.
Students, please keep track of your time in both filming, editing, planning, and writing. If you filmed, interviewed or edited, write it down and write down how much time you spent. If you have filmed outside of the school day, please write down the time you spent. If you get a chance to do so, look at our past CVCS Today broadcasts to see the kinds of stories we have done and can do.
Our broadcasts and your notebooks are instrumental in determining your grade. Remember, in the job market it is not how much you think you work but how much you actually do work that matters. "The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention."
